We had a great stay at this hotel. Its location was very convenient, with easy access to transportation and various restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There were no issues with cleanliness. Additionally, the hotel facilities were well-maintained and the parking was accessible.

The hotel had a great location, it was easy to find transportation around the area. Restaurants were plentiful and accessible. The room was spacious, with comfortable beds and a beautiful view of a famous landmark in the city. the staff was friendly and helpful with our requests and questions.
There were a couple of negative aspects. the hotel seemed understaffed, with no bellboys and a limited number of staff.

The location of the hotel is convenient and easily accessible. Guests can easily book a grab car or tricycle, and there are several restaurants in the area. the rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable, plus the staff is polite and helpful.
The restaurant service and quality of food could use some improvement, with tough and chewy dishes and slow service times for breakfast.

Spent my Christmas at this cozy hotel and I loved it! the staff were very friendly and helpful. I also liked the clean and spacious room with a comfortable bed. the location was perfect, very accessible to restaurants, shops and transportation. Another advantage was the stunning view of the Mayon Volcano from my room window. I couldn't stop taking pictures!
the room lacked some furniture and I had to request for a table.
